I've been employed within IT for a number of years now, working with many different people and many different types of technology. I firstly started out working within a local school doing 1st line support which included being called out for issues such as audio issues, projector issues and general day to day problems.
I worked my way up the ladder moving onto 1st/2nd line support and eventually moved onto 1st/2nd/3rd line support which included supporting VIP on day to day issues. One of the projects that I worked on was the intergration of SCCM into our Active Directory domain. I worked along side a managed service engineer who showed me the basics and from there I took an immediate interest. I began supporting SCCM on a daily basis whilst creating more efficient task sequences and streamlining application and Software Update deployment. From here I proceeded to undertake the official SCCM training and plan on sitting the exam.
Whilst continueing with my career I started moving onto more juicy projects. One of which was providing support for Windows Server 2012 R2 for other members of my team. This included creating VM's and troubleshooting services and roles. I began undertaking the offical training and succesfully completed the 70-410 exam and I am currently working towards the 70-411 exam to gain the MCSA for Windows Server 2012 R2.
After a move to a new company i began nailing more Microsoft exams earning my Microsoft Certfied Professional, Microsoft Azure Fundementals and evetually the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Moving forward i've now completed half of the Azure Architect Expert and plan finishing the final exam in the net few months.
